Beechwood Building + Design

Building Services

Custom Homes & Renovations

Since 1999, Beechwood has been helping clients build their story.  From unique, award-winning custom homes to purposeful renovations and additions, each project begins with a client’s story, your story.  Maybe you need more space for your growing family, or you are empty-nesters and want to downsize practically, but in a creative and beautiful way. These are the stories that get us up each day, excited and determined to bring our extensive experience in construction management and sustainable building science to your home.

We know that what you love most about your home is who you share it with. Our hope is to help you build a home that keeps you and your family happy and healthy for years to come.  That's why Beechwood partners with the areas’ finest architects, designers, and craftspeople to build the home that best fits your story.

Energy Efficient Homes

Beechwood has been building homes with an emphasis on healthy, efficient,  "green" building techniques since 2007. We have earned our designation by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) as Certified Green Professionals. We integrate elements of energy efficiency, air quality, resource conservation and smart design into our work, while respecting the aesthetic features of your home (and your budget) with the same enthusiasm. We work with independent rating services to evaluate your project during the  planning phase, mid-project build-out, and at completion. You can have peace of mind that your investment with us in selecting the right building materials, construction techniques, and mechanical equipment will yield measurable results and a comfortable home for years to come.
